I came to see Mr Gulati with a knee problem. Ever since I first saw him I have been very satisfied. Very good service. I had an injection which has really helped me. Very pleased with the service.

Many thanks for the marvellous care I received from yourself and your team both as an outpatient and patient during the process of my hip replacement. At every stage from Joint-School through to operation to an operation follow-up meeting, I have been met with consummate skill, professional concern and civility. Reaching my mid-sixties with little or no incapacitating illness beyond severe flu the idea of undergoing major surgery was not without its concerns and doubts to me, irrespective of the constant pain I found myself in. So to find myself within a system where the advice given was considerate. Where I was fully consulted throughout the process. Where any problems which looked like arising were met with - 'if it's a problem, we'll solve that'- allowed me the peace of mind to concentrate on recovering well from my operation. It is only when one is part of the process and not the outsider is one actually aware of the sheer number of people devoted to making one surgical procedure happen. I can only thank you, your surgical team, the nurses, the physics, the x-ray department and the porters for being brought together to make for such a seamless procedure. The knee replacement operation was a lot easier than I thought it would be. All the staff were really helpful. I am so happy with the way things have turned out. My GP was astounded at how much I can bend my knee and how I am walking so soon, two months after the operation. My knee is bending really well. I am doing everything for myself now- Mobile from the beginning. Mr Gulati was very professional. He made me feel at ease before I had the operation, a very positive person. I was apprehensive before I had the operation. I am really pleased I had it done. I could not want for a more positive outcome.
