Expert knowledge, broken down into layman’s terms to allow understanding. Listened to me, answered all queries in a considerate way. Mr Gleeson didn’t mind recapping information for me. He totally understood anxiety levels and had the expert authority to allay the anxiety. He took time to go through the procedure, communicate with me, GP practice . Superb care

The overall experience was excellent as everything went smoothly and in a timely manner. Mr Gleeson explained the procedure for the ACL reconstruction very clearly indicating the pros and cons. As this was going to be my first hospital treatment ever, he gave me that reassurance and confidence I needed to go ahead with the procedure. It is only 5 weeks since I had the surgery and I am very pleased with the results so far. I’ve had two partial knee replacements. The first 2021 and the second a year later. Mr Gleeson has been great from start to finish. He’s super friendly, professional and clearly an expert on his field. He genuinely consults with you rather than ‘tell’ you. He wanted to understand about my lifestyle and what I wanted to be able to do. Seeing a consultant can make you feel quite nervous and anxious, but Mr Gleeson and his lovely secretaries make you feel a valued client and provide advice and reassurance every step of the way. The results for me are amazing. I can now enjoy life as I did before. The operation I had was uncomfortable… but doing what I was advised, seeing a physio regularly has led to amazing results which has made it all worth it. I would highly recommend Mr Gleeson as a fantastic consultant and surgeon and can’t thank him and his team enough.
