Mr Gleeson explained everything in detail, he didn’t wrap it up he told me exactly how my knee replacement operation would be. I told him I was petrified about the operation, I had never had any surgery before. My first knee went exceptionally well, my recovery was surprisingly swift, Mr Gleeson was very reassuring. Mr Gleeson was very understanding, clearly informed me of the procedure. having had 2 very successful total knee replacements both knees within 3 weeks I was playing lawn bowls, I can walk at a pain free fast pace for more than 9 miles, I have even started playing football again after 35years, walking football that is, during which I walk fast and regularly jog during the match.
