Mr Raghu was very thorough, wanting to understand the history of the injury. He chased to get the mri imaging but immediately ordered an X-ray to be able to compare with the mri from a month ago to establish whether my situation was stable. He also ordered blood tests to identify underlying issues, which were then excluded. He subsequently did the comparison and referred me to a rheumatologist who took over and prescribed treatment for osteoporosis and healing for the injury. He explained everything and encouraged questions. It was a very positive experience and put my mind at ease about the situation after months of worry.

I felt that my symptoms were taken into account. My examination was thorough, and it was explained to me what the likely diagnosis would be, but it does depend on what is discovered through the MRI.
