Mr Alexander runs an excellent unit which is very impressive. When one walks into the Eye Unit I am always very impressed. Great leadership great staff in all departments.

Mr Alexander was kind , understanding and very patient . He explained fully why I needed the operation , any drawbacks that might occur , answered fully all my questions . He gave me confidence in his capabilities and I knew I was in good hands and could trust him and his team implicitly.And I was right .. he saved the sight in my eye and I cannot thank him enough .

They were so professional and Mr Alexander explained, the seriousness of my situation, what would happen during the operation and what I needed to do after the operation, in an intelligible way, whilst keeping me relaxed.
