The entire experience was really positive. Mark was a total professional and explained all aspects of my procedure.

Mr Davies was welcoming, pleasant and explained why he wanted to do a colonoscopy. He was kind and reassuring during the procedure and explained the results clearly, inviting questions. He did not make me feel rushed at any time.
