Mr Williams operated on our 14 year old's foot. The whole experience was extremely positive and smooth and the surgery and recovery were a breeze. Mr Williams was really good at dealing with our son and explained everything clearly to all of us. I particularly liked how warm and caring he was, not at all distant and unnecessarily formal. He really put our son at ease. It was clear that Mr Williams was determined to get the best possible outcome for our child and this we have achieved. The foot has healed beautifully with minimal scarring. I would recommend Mr Williams to anyone needing foot and ankle surgery.

Mr Williams was fantastic when I saw him first in the hospital I would give him a 10/10 But the follow up procedure has been sadly lacking only a 2/10 I have called + called - I asked that I was sent unencrypted emails even sent a letter but again today I receive encrypted letters + emails The secretaries I feel let Mr Williams down badly It has taken me weeks and weeks to get to have the ‘wave’ treatment even though I keep calling - I have been told the wrong info: not covered on WPA when it is I have asked for a report for WPA which I have not been given Where do I go from here I really do not know but both my provider WPA + myself are totally fed up. With the aftercare.
