Georgios used 3D technology to choose the right size implant for my frame and then double-checked that I was happy with the volume by using a sizer. He recommended subfascial pocket through a small scar in the fold. The result is beyond what I expected! First appointment was so easy to have,easy to discuss my expectations and how he can please them,I asked him what he would recommend me and advised me ,but still told me that in the end it’s my decision and that it’s up to me if I want to go over the limit which was not the case. I was an inpatient at Guys hospital for 2 weeks under the care of Mr Orfaniotis. He performed complex reconstructive surgery to rebuild my tongue and the results have exceeded my expectations. From my initial consultation to post op apointments, Georgios has been highly professional. I felt listened to and reassured all the way through. I was offered different options (with projected images and even additional consultations) before agreeing to my ideal size which has truly met my expectations. Best of all, my scarring is hardly noticeable because of the tiny incision Georgios managed to create. I would highly recommend him.

I really cannot recommend Mr Orfaniotis enough. Was sent to see in re BCC on my nose, the whole processes was explained in great detail, nothing was rushed. After having seven stitches three weeks post opp you cannot even see a scar, there is no shape distortion on the nostril or the maxilla. Follow up appointment with results very quick. I am 65 yrs or age and after taking several years to decide to have a breast reduction i finally arranged to make an appt for a consultation with a breast surgeon. My appt was with Georgios Ofaniotis of My Breast. Mr Ofaniotis was very welcoming and informative of the proceedure. After my examination Mr Ofaniotis suggested that i would need a small reduction with a breast lift and this i agreed. I had my operation 7 weeks ago and am over the moon with the result, i can't thank him enough for creating breasts that i had once in my youth. I am so much more comfortable in my body and appearance and wish i had done this years ago.
