I booked a consultation at the beginning of lockdown in March/April for a breast implant removal and had a Skype call with Dr Georgios. Even though the call was over Skype I still felt very comfortable and Dr Georgios answered all my concerns and made me aware of any challenges I might face physically/mentally after the explant surgery. I was sent lots of information regarding surgery and after care and I kept in touch with Abi throughout it all and any of my questions I had along the way were answered. The care in the hospital was great and everyone was so lovely and made sure I was comfortable. The explant surgery went really well and Dr Georgios saw me after to explain how it all went and to make sure I was okay. I am so happy with the results and so happy to have had Dr Georgios do a great job. Thank you!

I was referred to a local plastic surgeon by the excellent dermatologist I saw in Hertfordshire to have a skin lesion removed from my lower leg. While no doubt a competent professional I wanted to make sure I was seen by the most qualified physician available. After doing my own research I identified Georgios as the most competent for the procedure. From the outset my contact with Lian, his medical secretary, was nothing short of outstanding and this theme was maintained from start to finish in every contact and interaction I had with the two of them. I made the first contact the day after seeing the dermatologist and Lian managed to schedule the consultation and procedure back to back the following day. Georgios was everything one could have wished for as a patient; his knowledge and experience was second to none and his ability to communicate with me as a patient matched that. He managed to get the histology results back in the matter of a few days and called me up in person to share those findings with me. I could not recommend Georgios and Lian higher. I saw them for the initial consultation and procedure, as well as the follow up two weeks later, at HCA The Shard, right next to London Bridge station, and was very impressed with the whole experience.

I was researching a cosmetic surgeon online for a breast enhancement and I came across Mr Orfaniotis' profile. I was impressed with some of his reviews and decided to make an appointment. I found very helpful to receive information about the procedure and know the guide price in advance. During our meeting Georgios took the time to go through all the side effects of breast implant surgery, and also scanned my breasts to show me projected images of different implant sizes in my body. He suggested that a nipple lift along with implants would have given me the result I was after. I was a full C-cup in my 20s but my breasts became very empty after breastfeeding my third child. He showed me some pictures of his work and how the scars will turn out. As I wasn't prepared for this type of uplift procedure I wanted to do some more research and return for a second appointment. I was much more relaxed during our second meeting since I have already come to terms with the idea of the additional scars. Choosing the implant was easy after I did the rice test at home and I felt confident to go ahead with the surgery- which was the right decision!. Surgery went very well and so far I am extremely pleased with the result. I was so lucky to have my surgery just before lockdown- my timing was perfect and my recovery was really speedy. I am now 4 months post and my scars are improving day by day and so is the shape of my implants. I am amazed how well the implants have integrated with the rest of my body and how they good they feel- almost like normal breasts, which is exactly what I wanted. Overall I am very pleased with Mr Orfanotis work and his care both before and after my surgery. I would highly recommend him.

I'm now 1 year on from my surgery and could not be more pleased. I felt safe , secure, well understood and well cared for. George was professional whilst still being personable and supporting. my expectations were well managed but the result exceeded my expectations and I am over the moon with my new natural looking smaller breasts. no implants - just me.. but remodelled! thanks George.. see you in 20 years!

I booked a consultation with Dr Georgios at the Harley Street Clinic for breast reduction surgery. As this is a big procedure, I wanted to make sure that I booked in with the best; even though this meant traveling down from Nottingham each time. I was so relieved when I met Dr Georgios as he reassured me about any fears I had and made me feel at ease. We looked at some before and after pictures of work he had previously performed and I was really pleased with the results. He was very honest about possible side effects from. The surgery which I appreciated. On the day of the surgery he came to meet me and measure up and again put any fears I had at bay. After the surgery he came to check on me and offer aftercare advice for the next few weeks until the 1 month post op review. I'm now 11 and a half weeks post op and I can't believe how well I'm healing. My scars are very neat and some are beginning to fade. Overall, I'm so much happier with the shape and size of my breasts.

I waited ten years to go ahead with the surgery and I’m glad I did as I managed to find the right surgeon and have the result I always hoped for. I would highly recommend Georgios.

I had two scars on my upper lips. The scars consisted of two holes from previous piercings I wore for 15 years. The scares/holes were very evident and they impacted on my confidence. I made my searches online and realised that the surgical operation would consist of cutting all the way through the holes and push the skin upwards in order to let them heal without showing any sign of previous piercing holes. I looked for the best facial reconstruction doctors in London and found Dott. Georgios. He was very professional, friendly and extremely attentive to hygienic regulations. The operation lasted not more than 20 minutes which was great! Now scars are healing very well and cannot wait for them to be completely invisible. The nurse Ewa was also lovely and professional.

I had a great experience with Dr Orfaniotis. He listened intently to my concerns and was very quick to respond with a solution in the best interest of my health. He acted with speed and flexibility to schedule and carry out my surgery and I felt at ease and in very good hands throughout. His team were extremely supportive and accessible through every stage. All round very happy and thankful to such a brilliant team of experts.

This was my first cosmetic surgery experience - I had a breast lift and implants put in. I really did my homework beforehand and met several surgeons. I was pretty nervous for the whole experience but knew I wanted it done. When I met Dr Georgios, I instantly knew he was the right person. He was more professional than any other surgeon I met whilst still listening to exactly what I wanted -which he did. My results are amazing. I even went back to him at the last minute because I was panicked about the sizing and we decided on a different size together. He was great throughout. On the day of surgery, he arrived really happy, positive and comforting (which is what I needed). I'm three months' out now and the size and shape suits me perfectly. He did a very neat job and my scarring is already reducing a lot. I still check in with him and the team every month - I can honestly say, I will come back and I won't ever need to look for another cosmetic surgeon.
