ound the whole experience with Dr Orfaniotis very smooth and transparent. I originally enquired about a breast uplift, this was due to losing a big amount of weight and being left with excess skin. During my consultation we discussed my options, and he explained that with an uplift I may not be left with the results I was looking for - I would lack volume in my chest, as it was very flat. He recommended I do some research and make sure I was 100% sure before proceeding, and gave me the information I needed to do so. After I looked into it I decided to proceed with implants along with an uplift, to get the results I was wanting. We discussed implant size and I went with a relatively small implant, as I was wanting volume and shape over a fuller bust. The actual surgery went as smoothly as possible, the hospital was clean and modern and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. Once I woke up from the surgery I felt groggy and sore however the pain was nowhere near what I had anticipated. After around a week from surgery I had absolutely no discomfort which was astounding. I was recommended around 8 weeks recovery time but felt back to normal after just a couple of weeks. I have had a couple of check ups since and we are both incredibly happy with the results. The scars are starting to fade already (10 weeks post op now) and they are looking more and more natural by the day. They completely feel and look like they always belonged to my body and fit my frame well I believe. I am excited to see how the scars will continue to fade, but I am already so happy with the results. I would whole heartedly recommend Dr Orfaniotis for surgery as he was very helpful, concise and honest, along with giving me the results I was looking for from my surgery.

I am currently 6 weeks post op for a Mastopexy with Dr Orfaniotis and the results have given me the confidence boost I really needed, I now feel much more comfortable in my skin. Dr Orfaniotis is a superb surgeon and I could not recommend him more, the results of my implant removal, mastopexy and fat transfer were better than I ever imagined giving me new found confidence again. On meeting Dr Orfaniotis I found him very warm and charming . A very professional and passionate individual. I came to Mr Orfaniotis, (on the recommendation of a friend) after two years of unsatisfactory treatment from doctors at my local district hospital, for what should have been the straightforward removal of a BCC from my forehead and hairline. By the time I referred myself to Mr Orfaniotis the situation needed addressing quite urgently. From the moment I met Mr Orfaniotis I felt reassured. I had done my research and knew I had come to one of the best plastic surgeons in London. His assessment of the situation was detailed and he was able to explain clearly what needed to be done and the approach he would take. On his advice the BCC was removed by a dermatologist specialising in MOHS procedure. Mr Orfaniotis then treated and repaired the resulting wound (hole) in my head with plastic surgery.This included the use of ‘Matriderm’ to ensure there was no dip in my skin where the skin graft was. Not only was he an excellent plastic surgeon technically, but he also showed great empathy. This was important as I was extremely apprehensive about both the surgery itself and the outcome following the surgery, as it would be so visible in the middle of my hairline. He understood my anxiety and was able to keep me calm and confident throughout the whole process. I was also impressed by the care taken during the follow up consultations, to ensure that everything progressed as it should following the operation. The final result is as good as Mr Orfaniotis said it would be. The Matriderm ensured there is no ‘dip’ in my skin where the skin graft is, his technical expertise means that you cannot see where the plastic surgery starts and my own skin ends. After two years of unsatisfactory treatment elsewhere I am thankful that I was treated by Mr Orfaniotis, and grateful for the skill with which he handled my case.

I had a breast augmentation performed by Dr Orfaniotis about 6 weeks ago, and since then my physical appearance and my self-esteem has been completely transformed, I now have the body I wish I was born with, my breasts are extremely well proportioned in regards to my small frame and look extremely natural, this is even more commendable in light of the fact that my breasts were noticeably asymmetrical and had almost no breast tissue to work with. Not only do I recommend him for his abilities as a surgeon, but as a person he made me very comfortable with the procedure and responded to all my queries and concerns, the consultation was worth definitely paying for. I have no complaints to share, as this was a definitively positive experience that I will always be happy I paid for.

I initially went to see Mr Ofaniotis for some liposuction, however, after a detailed consultation he advised me a tummy tuck was my best option after a lot of loose skin from two pregnancies. Admittedly, I was nervous. The idea of a big scar didn’t appeal to me, but Mr Ofaniotis was so patient with me and my 100’s of questions. He put me at total ease throughout my whole journey. The surgery went great, I didn’t need drains due to a special technique he uses and it really help aid my recovery. My scar is so low you can’t even see it and he tied my abs together from my diastasis recti which was quite severe. I’m 11 weeks post op and now I only wish I’d met Mr Ofaniotis sooner and not spend the last 5 years beating myself up about my overhang. It’s the best decision I made and worth every penny. I booked a consultation with Dr Georgios at 111 Harley Street for a breast uplift procedure this July. We had a great rapport and I booked my surgery the same day for a early op in August. I remember being extremely nervous on the day of my operation but the entire team, especially Dr Georgios and the anesthetist calmed me down and rest assured me before heading to theatre.
