I had a good experience mostly because I was able to get clarity about my condition. He is well experienced and guided me towards my best option. He was warm and welcoming and I was comfortable. He is also a great listener. I feel great today because of his knowledge and experience.

Caspar is an excellent surgeon and has first class knowledge of back issues. I was so pleased that he could use his skills to alleviate the back and leg pain that I was suffering. The nerve root block injection Caspar administered was entirely successful and allowed me to travel to Canada for my niece's wedding. Severe Spinal Stenosis, and a Disc Displacement, were causing me increasing pain and discomfort with significant life-enjoyment limitation, to such a degree, that I was eventually drawn to the UK Spine Centre - Harley Street. An Appointment was soon arranged - most conveniently to incorporate the MRI Scan, an X-ray, and both my initial consultation with Mr Aylott, and that which immediately followed the MRI Scan and X-ray results. Upon my meeting with Mr Aylott, I was immediately imbued with a sense of calm and distinct reassurance by his warm and friendly manner. By his gentle and concise explanations of the images, both as to why my spine was causing me such increasing pain and discomfort, along with how he could surgically improve matters for me, he bestowed upon me a tremendous sense of relief. Three weeks later, Mr Aylott performed an L3/4, L4/5 Posterior Decompression with Dynamic Stabilisation Operation which took away all the pain, and other related symptoms, from my lower back, bringing to me distinct restoration of a life of easeful movement and walking abilty, which had not been mine in years. His initial diagnosis immediately identified the cause of my pain and his suggested solution was well explained and left me in no doubt as to the action required.
