When I went back after my MRI and X-rays for my second consultation everything was explained to me in great detail, so that I fully understood what was going on with my back. I have had scans and consultations about the results on previous occasions and I can honestly say that Mr. Aylott has been the specialist who has given me the most confidence both in his approach and in the clarity of his explanation and advice. To undergo a consultation is a stressful experience and to do so in extreme pain adds an extra dimension to the anxiety: Mr. Aylott's manner and attitude alleviated the stress and allayed the anxiety. In addition, his advice was focussed, practical and reassuring. I hope I don't need to go through this experience again but should I need to do so, then I would most certainly be returning to Mr. Aylott.
