Mr Tailor was very welcoming and friendly and I felt at ease straight away. He explained things very clearly to me, in a way that I was able to easily understand.

He was sensitive to the issue and explained next steps clearly. His follow up with biopsy results was quick and therefore limited the worry. Would recommend him without hesitation.

From my initial consultation, which was potentially quite scary, Mr Tailor has been superb. He has diligently explained my diagnosis and the procedure required. He has been available for any queries and responded to questions promptly. His bedside manner is wonderful and comforting and he put me at ease from early potential diagnosis to checking on me after surgery and even when I got back home. He is professional with a really friendly manner and is approachable. I feel very lucky to have been treated by Mr Tailor.

Mr Tailor took the time to fully explain my options and when we agreed upon the procedure he ensured that I was made fully aware of what would happen during the surgery and what risks were involved. Mr Tailor has made himself available outside normal hours to answer questions I had. Post operatively he called personally on a couple of occasions to check in on my progress and to answer any questions I had. It has been a very patient centric experience and I have been very impressed with his support and care throughout. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Mr Tailor listened well to my symptoms, was thorough in his evaluation and examination and recommended a course of action that has to date solved the issue I was experiencing. He was softly spoken, empathetic and understanding making me feel at ease discussing personal health issues.

I was first seen by Mr. Tailor after I had an examination and biopsy. Mr. Tailor explained that the biopsy showed a cancer of the womb and he carefully explained the procedure he was planning to perform by robotic procedure and explained he first wanted to book me in for a MRI. He explained everything very carefully and also showed with the aid of diagram. He kept me inform with results as soon as he had any news by updating me even during the weekend. He came and took his time both before and after the operation and he made me feel so safe and well cared for. As soon as he had the full results after the operation he contacted me with the good news also on a Saturday. His professionalism, sense of urgency and expertise as well as the overall focus on timescales has been outstanding. I feel so lucky to have been under his care.
