Mr khan is a charming, friendly and experienced consultant who immediately puts your health concerns to rest. He clearly explains the options available to you and what they mean. Importantly, this includes the risks. The work that a surgeon like Mr khan does in the operating theatre is frankly awe inspiring. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for an orthopaedic surgeon, especially one focusing on some of the complex joints like the shoulder.

I have been really happy with the care I've received from Dr Khan, from my first video consultation with him, my face-to-face appointment, right through to my surgery. He's been very approachable and friendly, responsive to my questions and has explained any medical or technical information really clearly, and the implications for recovery time etc. This has really helped the process for me, as I've not had any surgical operations or hospital visits before, so really helped to put me at ease. His medical secretary, Jess, has also been really helpful with initial medical information and knowledge, so I've been appreciative of both their help and expertise.

Very nice, helpful and informative and answered all my questions fully, though I should perhaps have enquired more about expected pain levels post op. However, I have now been in touch about this and he has suggested I let him know over coming days/weeks (still early days). A printed sheet of post-op information might be helpful as there is a lot to take in and I found it difficult to remember it all in the interval between operation and check up 10 days later.

I was very happy with my care under Mr. Khan. He was excellent in all regards. Very professional but friendly and kind. Extremely knowledgeable and clear and decisive about the treatment plan. He explained everything and was very patient with all of my questions. I never felt rushed. He put me at ease and the care was top class. In addition, his secretary is fantastic -- responsive and knowledgeable. She's able to answer all the questions in between appointments with Mr. Khan. Mr. Khan and his team were especially impressive given my treatment was during the covid pandemic with lots of uncertainty and constant changes, and I'm very grateful for the care I've received.

Mr Amer Khan is an exceptional orthopaedic surgeon. His professional investigation of the injuries and problem areas were very thorough and considered. His knowledge and experience speaks volumes apart from giving the patient a sense of confidence when placing themselves in his hands. His ability to explain the issues in a simple to understand manner is a skill and talent not all medical professionals possess. Mr Khan is personable, approachable and engenders a high degree of trust. I would recommend him unreservedly.

Dr. Khan demonstrated nothing but the utmost attentiveness and concern. He was extremely generous in his personal time to ensure that my circumstances and diagnoses were explained clearly. I felt very reassured and, most importantly, cared for, by both Dr. Khan and his staff.

Dr Khan went over and above to get me back on my feet. When I ran into an unplanned fluctuating personal circumstance where I had to move to Wales after our initial consultation, Dr Khan and his PA Jess went out of their way to make sure I understood my injury, help needed and what my options were. I was so impressed with his support that I continued with Dr Khan from Wales as other doctors I spoke to didn't show the same level of care and expertise which in hindsight could have left me at high risk of arthritis if I had gone with them instead. I'm now 6 weeks post surgery and starting to walk again with the support of crutches. No pain and confident I'll be back on my feet properly in no time. Massive thanks to Dr Khan and the team!
