Mr Day was great. He was very kind, corteous and knowledgable and explained the various options I had for laser eye surgery to me. He took the time to explain the procedure and answered all the questions I had. On the day of the surgery he couldn't have done a better job, he kept talking to me to explain what he was doing which really reassured me and calmed me.
