I contacted Mr Sayasneh because I had a great experience with him in 2018, when he took absolutely every care to check out a condition that turned out to be benign. So when I needed a surgeon, at a time of stress after a traumatic experience in hospital, I sought him out again and I am really pleased that I did. He has been kind, attentive and available when I had a complication. His staff are also lovely, helpful and responsive, which makes a huge difference. When my results were good, I felt he was as pleased as I was. So yes, he has been everything you could ask for in a great doctor.

Mr Sayasneh was consistently attentive, kind and informative. He was not in the least patronising and treated me as a grown up able to discuss my treatment. He is very clear in his explanation of complicated matters and answered my questions carefully and informatively. He kept to what he said he would do, and events turned out as he predicted. His manner is calm, low-key and friendly and his presence reassuring.
