Miss Rachel Bell is a Consultant Vascular Surgeon at Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust and she is also the Clinical Director of Cardiovascular Services at the trust, in addition to being Vascular Network Director for South East London. She also treats patients privately, including at The London Bridge Hospital. Her clinical interests include aortic aneurysm repair, open thoracoabdominal aneurysm repair and the surgery, the management of vascular graft infection, minimally varicose vein surgery, claudication and carotid artery disease.

She qualified, with distinction in surgery, from Guy's and St Thomas' Medical School in 1994 and undertook surgical training in London and the South East Thames rotation. She was appointed as a Consultant in 2005 and was the clinical lead at GSTT from 2008-2016 where she was involved in the reconfiguration of vascular services across South East London and North West Kent.

Miss Bell is the current President of the British Society of Endovascular Therapy and the Chair of the Circulation Foundation.
