Having trained at the Royal Free Hospital I chose Obstetrics and Gynaecology as my career path as I am passionate about Women's Health and delivering babies. After various training posts in London and overseas I undertook three years of research in Reproductive Endocrinology, Subfertility and the Menopause and was awarded a Doctorate of Medicine in 1993.
I settled in west London and have been a consultant at the West MIddlesex University Hospital for over 25 years and have developed not only an interest in Minimal Access Surgery but also education (local head of teaching for Imperial College School of Medicine) and management (Clinical Director of Women's Services for Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust until 2021).
I now run the Subfertilty, Reproductive Endocrinology and Menopause services at the West MIddlesex Hospital (part of Chelsea and Westminster NHS Trust) and continue my committment to NHS Obstetrics as well as teaching and training.
