Dr Bailey was excellent. She was friendly and took the time to explain things fully at all points. She made a correct diagnosis despite the symptoms not being the classic ones for the problem I had. She arranged for tests to be done immediately and managed to get me admitted to hospital that night for further tests. She followed up with a call the next day and emailed again a couple of days later and showed a much greater level of support and interest than I could have expected.

Dr Bailey is one of the best GPs - she's very attentive, clear in her explanations of what could be the underlying issue, and gives distinct further steps to address it. Dr Bailey is always very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Dr Bailey is always friendly, listens carefully and offers excellent advice and support. On this occasion I supported an elderly relative and Dr Bailey showed sensitivity and gave time so that my relative felt able to bring their health concerns without feeling rushed or anxious. A number of family members of all ages have now seen Dr Bailey and we have all had very positive experiences.
