Thank you Dr Lafina. My experience at Deia Health for a women’s health review and progesterone prescription was so positive. The level of detail and care in each appointment is outstanding, and the follow up check ins really set them apart. I felt supported every step of the way.

I sought out Dr Diamandis’ help based on a prior positive experience I had. I initially sought advice to better understand some perimenopausal blood results, as her explanations were clear and logical I felt an immediate sense of evidence based and trusted guidance. As I was concerned about my mother’s blood results, particularly in the context of her age and current change in her blood tests I went for a second opinion to Dr Diamandis. What stood out was the ability to receive a clear, balanced second opinion that put everything into perspective. The explanations were thorough yet easy to understand, helping me distinguish between what was expected and what might need monitoring for my mother and we discussed current guidelines and why further tests were needed. Communication was excellent throughout extremely responsive, patient, and never rushed, which made it much easier to ask questions and fully understand the situation. We felt listened to and taken seriously at every stage. My mother came away feeling much more informed and reassured, with a clearer understanding. I am very grateful for the clarity, reassurance, and trust this has given me as it made a significant difference to us both as patients.

Dr Lafina is just the best, the most friendly and caring doctor one could imagine. She really listens and tries to understand you holistically then recommends practical & cost effective solutions. It's a relaxed, un-rushed experience which makes you feel you're in good hands. She's also excellent technically - very open to show the nuts and bolts of the diagnosis so you always walk away comfortable and re-assured. She's been my personal GP for years - many more to come hopefully!
