Dental Emergency

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. 

The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Fillings

My experience was amazing. I had a filling and I'm very nervous regarding dental procedures - Shrey and Eleanor couldn't have been kinder, more patient and more caring. I was told what was happening every step of the way and given breaks and pauses to recover and calm down. They even put music on for me to help me relax!
Both were so kind and I felt very safe. I definitely won't be so worried next time I visit as this was a really positive experience.

General Dentistry

This was my 1st visit and I was very happy with how it went. Rception staff were very friendly and welcoming. I felt very at ease with the dentist and everything was explained clearly. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived in agony with severe toothache and within seconds she made me feel at ease and explained everything really well. She was a bubbly warm person who I would have loved to be my actual dentist. Can’t thank her enough for her compassion and understand lovely person.
