One of the biggest things I hate are nails . That’s why I put my ingrowing nail off for so long , went to see other podiatrist and the treatments I had did not fix my problem, I called Jeremy the day before and got an appointment that was convenient for me ( late on a Friday night ) Not only did he make me feel welcome his calm mannor or put me at ease and I opted for the Minor surgery, he went through the procedure with me thoroughly and within the hour I was done and on my way back home , he also went through the after care with me and as of yet I’m healing perfectly, my only regret is not going to see him sooner . 5 star rating of me and I will recommend to anyone

Excellent and professional service. I phoned at 18:48 to inquire about an emergency ingrown toenail appointment and I was booked in for an appointment at 19:30 that evening. I have a massive phobia of injections which Jeremy handled extremely well, he was very accommodating and reassuring which helped ease my worries. I would definitely recommend Jeremy to anyone looking for a podiatrist, his service was second to none.

Jeremy was fantastic! I was a little nervous going into the appointment and instantly I felt at ease with Jeremy. Didn’t feel like I went to a scary doctors place, felt more like i was at a mates house where he was doing me a favour. He explained the situation very well and explained what could happen and what he will do. He did such a great job he even surprised himself. He has asked me to send photos and keep him updated which shows he cares about his patients and even checked up on me 24 hours after my appointment to see how I was going. Definitely recommend.

My 09.50 hrs appointment took place at 10.10 hrs because the client before me was late. It would have been nice to have something to read or even, perhaps, a cup of water. Fortunately I was in no hurry. Once in the surgery I was gratified that Jeremy Ousey clearly knew his stuff; a professional. I came away with a feeling that my toe nails were not beyond repair; redeemable. Well worth £50.00

Jeremy and I completed our postgraduate in sport and exercise medicine together and what I was struck by was his voracious appetite for learning. Since then we have discussed many cases that require out of the box thinking. I would not hesitate to recommend him to patients.
