Very professional and easy manner

Succinct in explanation and description, Mr Yamamoto arranged tests, fed back results and set surgery dates all while I was fully informed. He explained all steps of procedure, risks, and outcomes. On the day he was most reassuring before surgery and after came in to confirm everything had gone well, expectations were good. At every step I understood from him exactly what was happening, and felt that I was in the care of an expert surgeon and consultant. I will have no hesitation in consulting him again if I need to.

Mr Yamamoto was very professional and understanding and took the time in simple words to explain what the procedure would involve and the possible outcome’s as well as answer all my questions. His superb ability as a surgeon meant that I am making good progress in recovery and can look forward to a bright future. Above all he has enormous empathy and even took the time to telephone my wife after the procedure to reassure her all was well. My wife found this extremely reassuring to hear from the surgeon directly which put her mind at rest and that of my children. Mr Yamamoto also called me during my recovery period to see how I was. Mr Yamamoto was cordial. He was thorough when explaining the alternatives that I have to address my condition and the details of the medical procedure I would need to undergo.
