First time I came to Dr Wayne was because I had a scare of STD and needed services quickly. I felt very at ease and comfortable with Dr Wayne. Tests were done very quickly on the spot and I got the results within a couple of days. Then during the pandemic, I had some video consultation with Dr Wayne with medicine being prescribed and delivered by courier - top service!! Throughout the whole pandemic and until this very day, Dr Wayne has been my go to Doctor - he is very friendly, makes you feel at ease and he is very reliable. For me I regard him as my GP, the one you would always go to even for the smallest things. I also particularly love how easy it is to make an appointment online, the easy payment process, the online communications, the entire process is just seamless, professional, modern and very smooth. Highly recommend Dr Wayne.

Dr Cottrell provided a very efficient service from start to finish for my COVID testing before I went to Belgium and also provided my rapid 5 day travel test upon my return. The courier service booked was on time and I had my results back in 7hrs from pick up time ! I would definitely recommend using Dr Cottrell for any Covid testing.

Dr Cottrell has been my GP for several years now and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He shows outstanding professionalism, always makes sure you feel comfortable during visits and takes time to listen very carefully to whatever issue your are going through as well as explaining everything in the clearest manner possible. In my experience, I regard him as the best GP that has ever treated me (for a number of several different conditions) also particularly due to his sense of urgency in resolving whatever medical problem you are going through and consistently following up after consultations. I personally also suffer with episodes of health anxiety which he understands extremely well and I always leave his clinic feeling very reassured. Fantastic service!

I cannot recommend Wayne highly enough. He sorted out a quick turnaround for a travel related covid test. Working outside of normal hours he kept in regular contact to ensure I followed the correct procedures
