I cannot recommend Wayne highly enough. He sorted out a quick turnaround for a travel related covid test. Working outside of normal hours he kept in regular contact to ensure I followed the correct procedures

I cannot recommend the informative, caring and professional service provided by Dr Wayne Cottrell enough. In todays ever changing environment he is always contactable and this is both comforting and welcome, especially with regards to travel certificates relating to COVID 19.

Excellent service from Wanye. What I liked in particular was his accessibility. Wanye was in constant communication with me regarding my examination and followed up with personal messages after. Quick turn around as requested and really polite and helpful staff at his London clinic.

Very professional, informative and personable approach. I have called Dr Cottrell on several occasions to gain information on international Covid travel requirements. He has always prioritised my needs and met time restraints to ensure my safe passage to overseas locations.

Wayne is an outstanding Doctor. I just got my 72 COVID hour flight pass from him. He updated me every step of the way, during a very busy time at the labs and when it was close to the deadline. I always felt informed and in very good hands.

I contacted Dr Wayne late on a Thursday to obtain a Covid certificate for a last minute business trip for an Executive. Incredibly quick turnaround - the test was ready to collect by Friday morning and results were emailed by Saturday morning.

Wayne was very helpful both times I've used him. Firstly a remote consultation for my I'll son. Comprehensive questions and calming. More recently he provided a Covid-19 test required for a long haul flight for me very quickly. Hand the test back at 12pm one day and the test result and certificate within 24 hours. Great service.
