All very satisfactory

I was seen quickly and my test arranged very quickly- even though not urgent. My results were sent by email with the option to be seen if I needed a face to face - a much more convenient approach since I live some distance away.

Informative and professional in explaining each stage.

Can't speak highly enough of Dr Wells. Even though not a priority case he went out of his way to see me and gets test/scans etc done very swiftly and stent fitted. Very good communication skills and manner which is re-assuring and engenders confidence.

Dr Wells was excellent, patient, and clear in his explanations. I was a little bit in shock with my diagnosis and running on the treadmill at the time, I found it a bit difficult to take everything in. However, Dr Wells did not rush me and patiently answered all my questions.
