Dr Terence Farrant is a highly experienced Consultant Gastroenterologist at Circle Bath Hospital and Sulis Hospital Bath, specialising in general gastroenterology and liver medicine. He completed his medical degree at King’s College London Hospital in London in 1992, followed by his specialist training in gastroenterology and liver medicine as part of the Wessex training program. In 1995, he became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians of London and in 2007, he was awarded his Fellowship with the Royal College of Physicians of London. He was appointed as a Consultant in 2003, giving him extensive experience in his field.

Dr Farrant offers a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to address various gastrointestinal and liver conditions. His areas of expertise include performing colonoscopy, endoscopy, ERCP procedures, gastroscopy, liver biopsy, and sigmoidoscopy. He also has extensive experience in managing diseases such as colitis (including ulcerative colitis), Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and liver disease.
