Very good initial consultation with time taken to examine and review my issues. All possible cause explained [to settle my mind] and then a clearly explained course of action, very re-assuring. The video follow-up worked very well, arguably a lot simpler with less arrangements of transport etc., and to no detriment to the meeting itself.
