I was quite apprehensive prior to the op but was soon put at ease. Apart from the anaesthetic injection the whole procedure was painless and I was given an explanation of what was happening at all times.

All of the staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional from the moment I arrived until I left especially in light of the pandemic.
