Doctors and nurses are all very good,very efficient and very professional.

Nursing and clinical staff excellent, polite and friendly. Explained what they were doing very well. The procedure was handled in a first class manner. No fear, pain or anxiety on any part and it was quick and efficient with good communication. Registration was a little frustrating as I felt other patients with later appointments than me were called first. Thank you

There is no other thing to say besides that the procedure performed has been very comfortable and hospitable. I would highly recommend Dr Russo and the rest of the department.

Staff explained the procedure very clearly. Everyone was very friendly The procedure did not produce any pain and I was comfortable afterwards. I would inform anybody going for a colonoscopy to have this done with Dr Russo and the team at St Mary's Hospital.

Dr Russo is one of the best specialists I have ever experienced until now (compared to ones I have seen in Europe and Canada). He is very careful about all the details of symptoms, diagnosis and treatment. He is also very nice to patients and communicates and guides about the future steps very clearly and politely. He reports all the information back to patient and GP in detail. He is also accessible in case of any future complications. I definitely recommend him.
