Very lovely and informative doctor. Found it really easy to explain issues and questions.

I found Ms Bim Williams to be both very friendly and professional. I was really anxious about the appointment and she put me at ease with her sense of humour and openness. She listened to what I had to say and explained things clearly.

From my first appointment, I instantly felt like I was in good hands. Bim is friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring in her approach. She was thorough in her questioning and truly took the time to listen and get to know me before creating a plan of action. Throughout I knew what was happening, why and what the next steps were - all whilst laughing and feeling completely at ease. In fact, my experience was so good that I've recommended my friend (which feels like a weird thing to do to a Doctor, I'll admit). After struggling with pain and complications that had baffled my GP since 2007, I only wish I'd met Bim much sooner. A huge thank you.

Bim Williams is a listener, she is very knowledgeable, gentle sympathetic, kind, considerate and her bedside manner is to be commended. Overall her contribution to gynaecology is un measurable.
