I have had multiple procedures with Mr Mishreki and each time a thoroughly professional, calm and knowledgeable experience.

Mr Mishreki clearly explained the reasons behind my surgery prior to the operation. Afterwards he provided details of the surgery itself and the resulting pathology findings. I felt informed throughout the process. Leading up to the surgery I was made to feel relaxed and found the experience surprisingly stress free. Post surgery I was reassured of the outcome which enabled me to focus on recovery. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Mishreki, and if in the future, I have any illness within his surgical specialty I will definitely contact him.

As discussed with Mr Mishreki, my experience has been an excellent one despite the nature of the illnesses I have encountered. Prior to my first appointment with him I have never heard or met Mr Mishreki. Upon meeting him, he was calm, thorough, patient and extremely professional. He was always willing to spend the time required to discuss what was going on with me, the processes that were required and was always willing to listen to concerns and ensure that the patient wellbeing was paramount which is something I will be eternally grateful for. Throughout all the operations/procedures (4) I have had in 2023 all under Mr Mishreki I believe he has gone over and above just being a consultant and despite never wanting to be ill, I feel extremely privileged that he was my consultant in what were very stressful and trying times. What has been a very difficult year in 2023 I think Mr Mishreki is a credit to the North East Hospitals and the NHS and I would like to think that he recognised by his peers and Senior Management as he is by his patients for the Doctor that he is.

Mr Andrew Mishreki is very professional and approachable. I felt at ease and comfortable with him. He has a friendly manner, he is easy to talk to and took his time to explain everything very well. I would highly recommend him to others.

Mr Mishreki was very efficient, while being explanatory when discussing my illness. Quick diagnosis and treatment provided.

When meeting a consultant for the first time I always want someone who is pleasant and at least slightly cheerful. I found this with Mr Mishreki! He was very calming at my initial consultation. He explained everything clearly and made me feel confident about the upcoming procedure. He has a lovely, quiet manner and made me feel at ease before and after the procedure, which wasn’t as straight forward as we’d hoped. I would not hesitate to request him again if ever needed or to recommend him to anyone else that required his surgical skills. Thank you

I really appreciated the excellent care provided by Mr Mishreki, very calm and understanding and fully explained everything at all stages. During some post operative issues he made himself available and offered to see me immediatly while he was on call at a different hospital. Would strongly recommend him

Mr Mishreki is an extremely gifted and talented surgeon. Throughout the last year and 10 months he performed 2 operations on myself as well as providing post operative input and was always very professional. His skills are an asset to the NHS. When I was in urgent need of medical input he was reassuring and explained my serious situation to me with empathy whilst remaining factual of my situation.

After what was a very worrying experience leading up to my surgery Mr Mishreki explained everystage of the road leading up to and after the surgery in a carm and eazy to under stand maner, that all my fears just disappeared, and hear I am 8 weeks later typing this letter.

At the initial consultation Mr Mishreki very clearly explained what was required and how the operation would be carried out. He visited me immediately before the operation and again whilst I was in recovery answering any questions I had. At the follow up consultation he examined me again ,discussing the operation and advising on the way forward. Throughout my treatment Mr Mishreki was approachable and took the time required to ensure any questions I had were answered. I was very pleased with the treatment received from Mr Mishreki.
