Really appreciated Matthew's friendly, patient and professional approach with our elderly father. Especially as our father is resistant to change and unwilling to accept that he might need a hearing aid. Would thoroughly recommend him from ear syringing to hearing tests. We will be back.

I had a prompt hearing test with real ear Measurements. Immediately had a test pair then a more precise hearing test when having my permanent aids set up and fitted.
