I was greeted by Marion when I first walked in. She is very friendly and bubbly and I immediately felt at ease. I had hearing aids before but they were old and needed replacing. Matthew listened, asked questions, and gave advice. He was very easy to chat with. He helped me find aids that were small, discreet and within my budget. I have worn them a couple of times and feel comfortable and more confident.
