Been here several times now, for wax removal, hearing aids. It's become my go to place. Matthew is always very generous with advice, occasional freebies. He has genuine interest in his patients, and in everything related to hearing, and this makes all the difference!

Was able to book an appointment on the same day with plenty of appointments available. Arrived a few minutes early and was let in straight away. Derin my consultant was very kind, answered questions informatively about my condition, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. There was also excellent equipment in the room to enable me to see a camera view of the inside of my ears which was helpful and informative.

Matthew was super helpful and ultimately didn't charge me when it was clear I had more of a cold than an actual ear blockage
