The ADHD coaching I received was excellent. It was so nice to work with someone who had lived experience; it made all the difference. My coach was understanding, compassionate and a great mentor as well as a coach. She asked really thought provoking questions which helped me to think deeper and come up with solutions that would work for the challenges I was facing due to my ADHD and being Mum to an AuDHD daughter.
