The Walcote Practice

I booked with the practice because there was a four-week wait to see my NHS GP. I phoned on a Fri afternoon towards the end of the day and by the following Tues I was seen. The doctor was lovely and knowledgeable and it was an uplifting consultation and unhurried. I’m on the medication I need and feel so glad I decided to contact The Walcote Practice.

As usual, very efficient visit with Dr Buckley (oranised at short notice), minimal wait time, thoughtful consultation and comprehensive (and helpful) follow up. Well done, Walcote Practice Alan H.

I have been a patient for ten years and have always left a consultation feeling better informed and with a clear plan of action. The doctors take the time to listen and support appropriately. I have multiple chronic health conditions and the continuity of the Walcote doctors helps me to navigate the various NHS healthcare pathways that are required.

My appointment was conducted in a relaxed informative sensitive manner, which allowed me to understand all that I needed to know, including treatment during the appointment. This was not expected but very welcome showing the flexibility & professionalism of Dr. Hillier in particular

The Doctor that saw was a very pleasant man who didn't rush me and explained very clearly about what he had found. I felt every confidence in him. I had been offered an appointment for the day that I phoned but Couldn't fit that day in so was giving an appointment for the next day.

Well explained and well managed medical consultation and procedure. Very helpful admin staff, easy to book appointment without a long wait for a slot.
