I have multiple chronic health conditions and the continuity of the Walcote doctors helps me to navigate the various NHS healthcare pathways that are required.

My appointment was conducted in a relaxed informative sensitive manner, which allowed me to understand all that I needed to know, including treatment during the appointment. This was not expected but very welcome showing the flexibility & professionalism of Dr. Hillier in particular

The Doctor that saw was a very pleasant man who didn't rush me and explained very clearly about what he had found. I felt every confidence in him. I had been offered an appointment for the day that I phoned but Couldn't fit that day in so was giving an appointment for the next day.
