Nowlan Selvapatt is one of the best Consultants I've ever seen (and I've seen many). Uber qualitative, modulated/nuanced (great Insights), and caring. His specialist/technical knowledge is top rate, he absorbs quantities of information quickly, is incredibly detail focused, but his "value add" is definitely the way he brings everything together with really great insights - good judgement (and high levels of EQ). To find a Herpetologist /Gastroenterologist of this calibre, with such a good blend of skills, who engenders trust so readily is a real gift.
