Friendly and mostly helpful reception staff.

The Kensington Wing was very welcoming and friendly, she took my blood and it was painless and quick.

Always happy to come to the Kensington wing for my antenatal appointments. This is my third pregnancy here and always had an excellent experience. Everyone from receptionist to midwives is very friendly.

Overall a really positive experience. Everyone very friendly and the level of care good. Midwives very knowledgable and provided critical support in a very sympathetic and caring manner. Only constructive feedback is that at times staff seemed under resourced and we had to ask for baby formula several times which impacted babies feeding schedule. Also we had twins but there was only one cot available so changing nappies for both was difficult.

Really good experience. Friendly and supporting staff. As first time parents slightly more newborn guidance when arriving in post natal care would have been appreciated.
