Looked into many hospitals and Kensington Wing was the best choice for us - very light and welcoming atmosphere with helpful and supporting midwifes.

This is my 3rd pregnancy and I’ve had a wonderful experience at the Kensington wings. The nurses and ladies at the desk are all very nice. Professor Mark Johnson is simply the best. I couldn’t recommend more the Kensington wings.

Wait times are on average 30m delay. I find the number of people to liaise with is confusing (reception staff vs consultants support team vs midwives vs nhs). I don’t understand why I have to pay for my prescriptions. I think routine advised vaccinations should be offered at the Wing and not through my gp. Also I was not advised these were needed in a timely manner. Finally there should be better air con and more than one toilet!
