The midwives at the Kensington Wing are phenomenal. Everyone we encountered was beyond helpful and we could not have been happier with the support we received. However, the facility itself is in need of improvement. A lot of basic elements in our room - such as the call button and ventilation - were broken which, for the room rate was really disappointing. However, the team did their best to accommodate and acknowledged the issues.

The aftercare was very poor, I had to empty my own catheter several times to name just a few of the things that were well below expectation

Amazing experience in the Kensington wing. We would highly recommend it. The mid wives were fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
