Good and helpful

I've seen Sophie for a number of years to help with long term conditions. The treatment helps me continue in my day to day functioning. Appointments are thoughtful and empathetic in approach and don't feel rushed. Sophie is very flexible and accommodating with appointment times which is really helpful.

I spoke with Sophie about my general health. During the appointment, the Perrin Technique was discussed, and I have since been having sessions at the practice for this treatment. Since starting, I have noticed improvements in my condition

I had a massive lumbar spasm last November. Sophie was able to convince the muscles to relax, re-align everything, and get me back on my bike. She's very calm, very competent. I intend to have regular session in the hope of preventing a repeat occurence!
