Good experience overall - a very smooth process from booking by a very efficient professional, Kristina Pindolia, Private Secretary to Dr Richard Turner, to seeing one of the top lung doctors, Dr Richard Turner. There was, practically, no waiting time. All the staff members were friendly and kind.

Very happy with the service, managed to see a doctor the next day, following the appointment had a scan the same morning and met the doctor again by lunchtime to review. I was very relieved to be dealt with so quickly.

I was seen by my private consultant Mr El Husseiny. The consultation was very informative and I was told that my problem has been successfully resolved. I am very pleased with the outcome.

I was unable to climb to 15th floor and was told that the doors would be locked. I climbed to 12 th floor and took the lift to 15.Signage here needs to explain that. I never use a lift .

I visited the hospital for an echo with Zara who was so reassuring on the 17th aug Also on the 17th aug I had a very long mri, I was very upset after it and the two doctors/ radiologists/ nurses? We’re simply amazing, I’m only disappointed that I cannot remember their names as they really deserve a recognition for their unbelievable support and kindness, and their enthusiasm for my 80’s music! I was back up to see Dr Matt Williams and Anna Pejnovic on the 23rd. Who as usual were both very calming, friendly but informative. The care I have been having so far is brilliant! Also a recognition for a lovely nurse who was so kind to guide me in the right direction even though she was just heading for her break! Amazing staff that the hospital should be proud of!
