You need to provide better containers for urine collection - first, the patient needs a wide container with a spout for ease of collection, to be followed by the small narrow bottle you provide, which can then be easily filled - this is the regular procedure at my GP practice. Providing only the small narrow bottle makes the process extremely difficult and awkward.

Efficient, professional care

I had a relatively quick turnaround from my first outpatient appointment to surgigical procedure, which was excellent. From that moment the care I received from the surgical and nursing teams was first class. My subsequent stay in 15N was faultless and every aspect from catering to hour by hour care was professional and friendly. I stayed slightly longer than expected but there was no rush whatsoever to leave. Couldn’t fault it👍😀
