I found the clinic staff to be very friendly and waiting times quite good, the clinic is clean and fresh looking. Overall a good experience.

Everything happened on time, everyone seemed to know what they were doing. The desk did cause slight confusion, by telling me they needed a copy of my card in case any assessments would be needed which would be over and above the consultants charge. This was not the case. It would be helpful to be invoiced prior to accounts ringing for payment.

Everyone I had contact with from the receptionist to my Consultant and the theatre staff were first class. A positive experience.

The staff at Spire Healthcare Hesslewood are friendly and helpful. I was put at ease straight away and was always told to help myself to a drink upon arrival. A really nice and clean clinic to attend.
