Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere in all areas. A wait in reception but i was early so not really affected by this

Friendly and efficient staff who made me feel that I am important and my care is paramount. My BCN texted me to see how I was and was available to see me with little or no notice and all the other staff were terrific also.

I stayed at the hospital overnight twice during my breast cancer treatment. The rooms were large, exceptionally clean, newly refurbished. The food was wonderful. The staff were all very helpful and kind. Some areas of the building are in need of renovation. The public toilets aren't cleaned well enough. The MRI area is a little unpleasant, as patients have to change and wait in the public waiting room. It's quite upsetting to be sitting in a gown, without my wig (treatment for breast cancer) while other people's friends and family read magazines. Please address this!

I was disappointed with the service provided at Spire Bushey Hospital. I was keep waiting for my operation which I understand sometimes can not be helped however I wasn’t kept updated and after I felt almost forgotten about.
