Our whole experience from being greeted by a friendly member of staff at the main Out Patient Reception, through to the consultation and then Reception in the Imaging department was super professional. The nature of my visit was worrying and everyone made me feel a lot calmer.

Overall a great experience but it wasn’t clear that we had to go to outpatients which was quite a walk for a 93 year old from the main reception. When we did find it, again it wasn’t immediately clear where we had to go.
