All fine. Would have appreciated updates when the consultant was running late. No nurses around. However the receptionist was very helpful

Friendly and efficient staff who made me feel that I am important and my care is paramount. My BCN texted me to see how I was and was available to see me with little or no notice and all the other staff were terrific also.
