Everyone I met at Sana made me feel very welcome, they always smiled and generated a great atmosphere My eye op was very successful as Mr Luke Anderson is brilliant, answering all questions regardless of how trivial, totally painless, thanks Mr Anaesthetic, and already feel a great result. I was attended to quickly at reception then, after a short wait I was taken by a nurse to the waiting area. I was assessed and treatment explained. After medications had taken affect I had surgery. Everyone was attentive and caring with explanations of procedures. Afterwards there were refreshments and a short wait before going home. The time taken was 2 hours for the whole procedure from arrival to departure. Longest wait was for my husband who was delayed by a road traffic accident, a further 50 minutes but no ones fault.

I was very impressed with my whole experience at Sana. There were comfortable seats/ drink machines, to wait for my appointment, and for my husband to wait for me. I was seen on time and all the staff were extremely friendly and calming. The building was extremely clean and my whole operation went very smoothly. The staff made sure I had no side-effects before they let me out of the operation area. If anyone has to have an operation, this was an extremely relaxing environment to do so. I would certainly recommend Sana to other people and I was very happy with my consultant Mr Bragg and his staff.
