Excellent treatment and advice

I was in pain from sciatica and was recommended to go to the Performance Lab in Burnley. Got an appointment for the initial assessment very quickly and a program was set up. Chris was my therapist, he was friendly and professional. I made steady progress from each session including the exercises given to to in between visits.

Empathetic and capable.

I had pulled my hamstring playing basketball. I wanted to know what I should be doing to make it better. I was given a rehab plan and was also told how to progress and strengthen my hamstrings once I’d recovered. I’m now stronger than ever. Thank you.
