Efficient portal to make appointments and get updates, short wait time, clean facility and friendly staff. Also had a virtual appointment which gave us practical tips and information while we await diagnosis.

The tests we had with gut diagnostics went very smoothly. Everything was explained to my daughter and staff were kind when she was scared of blood tests.

My son had both blood and skin prick tests done with Femi and it was a very positive experience. He put my son at ease, was very calm, patient and reassuring and also explained how the tests work. Would definitely come again if we needed further tests done.

Femi was great and superb with our 5 year old. The best experience we ever had! Receptionists was very friendly and quick with and we did not have to wait at all.

Mr Omowo was great. He was very friendly and was fantastic with our son. We were very worried to take a blood sample from our son but Mr Omowo explained everything and distracted our son. Thank you very much!
